About me

I grew up in a family that could never leave a blank surface alone. My father designed automobiles and drew cartoons, and my brothers and sisters draw, design and photograph. I took pictures for the love of it, and I have always believed the eye matters more than the camera. The proof for me: 120 of my pictures are on ViewBug, where they ranked in the top 10% most viewed among 4.5 million photographers in over forty countries.

Over the years I have taken more than 400,000 photographs. I went back through them and chose the ones worth finishing, many of which no one had ever seen. Now each one becomes a digitally rendered painting, shaped by my own eye, and nothing goes out until I have studied it and approved it myself.

What DARB55 is

DARB55 turns my photographs into oil paintings for the TV you already own. No special TV needed: any smart TV will show them, and they look best on a 4K TV. Each collection is nine paintings, 18 pictures: each one as a plain picture and with a painted frame around it, so any TV looks like a framed painting on the wall.

And this is only the first look at something bigger. Partners will be the first to hear.

If you have an audience

There's a partner program. You share the work you like; when someone buys a bundle through you, you earn 30% of the sale - about $18 on every bundle at this year's founding price, about $24 at the regular price.

It's made for people whose audience cares how a home looks: home and decor bloggers, interior designers, home stagers, and anyone who writes about TVs and the rooms they live in.

Getting paid

Payment is by PayPal, by the 15th of each month, for every sale that's 30 days old (that's the window for a refund), once your balance reaches $100. In December everyone is paid whatever they've earned, even under $100, so no small balance waits past the end of the year. You can see your clicks and sales on your own partner page, any time.

Questions

Do I need a big following?

No. A smaller audience that trusts you is worth more than a big one that scrolls past.

Do my followers need a special TV?

No. Any smart TV will show the pictures, they look best on a 4K TV, and there are easy steps for each brand.

How long does my link count?

If someone clicks your link and buys within 45 days, the sale is yours - unless they click another partner's link after yours.
