Refund policy

Because the artwork is a digital product delivered immediately upon purchase, all sales are final once the files have been downloaded.

If you experience a technical problem with setup, file quality, or compatibility with your display device, contact us within thirty (30) days of purchase and we will make it right — whether that means technical assistance, a replacement file, or, at our discretion, a refund.

One honest exception: a television with no USB port and no apps at all cannot display these files, and no replacement file can change that. That is why we ask you to check before you buy, and why we will answer your email about it whether you buy or not.
